KICKIDLER SOFTWARE – REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 01 March 2025

Governing Law: Republic of Cyprus

1. General

Payments for licenses of Kickidler Employee Monitoring Software are generally non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Policy.

2. Subscription License Refunds

For licenses purchased for 3, 6, 12, and 36 months:

No refund is given for used periods.

3. Non-Refundable Products

Lifetime (perpetual) licenses are strictly non-refundable, except:

4. Technical Failure

Refund may be approved when:

  1. The Software is inaccessible for more than 3 consecutive days; and
  2. The cause is exclusively attributable to Licensor; and
  3. Licensee notifies Licensor during the interruption; and
  4. Licensor fails to resolve the issue within reasonable time.

Refund is pro rata for downtime.

By installing, activating, or paying for the Software, the Licensee accepts this Refund Policy as an integral part of the Kickidler EULA.
