Sign Up

Create an account on our website, and we’ll send you an email with the login link to your personal account where you can purchase licenses.

Place an order

Log into your personal account and choose the pricing plan along with the required number of licenses in the “Prices” section. Click the “Buy licenses” button, place the order and confirm it.

Choose the payment method

Once you’ve confirmed the order, select whether you would like to pay by invoice or by card through the payment system.

Activate licenses

Open the “Licenses” section and assign the purchased licenses to Grabbers.

Can I Use the Software for Free?

Yes, all you need to do is sign up and install the software. After 7 days (or 14 in case you provide your phone number during registration), the software will switch to the free usage mode. You will be able to monitor one computer using limited monitoring features of the software.

What is Licensed?

The licensed components are Grabbers—agents installed on employees' computers. All other components (Servers and Viewers in the KeepActive Employee Monitoring version) can be installed in any quantity for free.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments from legal entities via invoice and from individuals through payment systems such as Stripe.

How Long is the Free Trial?

By default, after installation, each Grabber is issued a free license valid for 7 or 14 days, depending on whether you provide your phone number during registration. During this period, full functionality of the software is available without any restrictions.

Can Licenses Be Transferred?

Yes, you can transfer licenses in your personal account if needed.

Can I Switch from the TT Version to the EM Version?

Switching from the KeepActive TT version to the EM version is possible. To do so, wait until the current licenses expire and assign the other type of license to the Grabbers.

Can I Switch from the TT or EM Version to the DLP Version?

No, the DLP version of the software has separate installation files, which can be obtained by registering via the attached link. Note: When purchasing the DLP version of our product, you will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of an equal quantity of EM or TT licenses.

What is Concierge Setup, and how do I pay for it?

Concierge setup is an additional paid option that includes help of our tech support specialist during the installation of our software (he will connect to your PC remotely and set everything up for you). Price of such installation: Server & Viewer (for KeepActive EM version) — $15; each Grabber — $1.
