Can I use the software for free?

Yes, you can. All you need to do for that is to register and install the software. In 7 or 14 days (if you provided a phone number during registration), the software will switch to the free mode, where you’ll be able to monitor 1 computer with limited functionality.

What is licensed?

Agents that get installed on employees’ computers – Grabbers – are licensed. All other components (Servers and Viewers in Kickidler Employee Monitoring version) can be installed in any quantity free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from legal entities by invoice and from individuals through YuKassa online payment system (bank cards, YooMoney, SberPay, QIWI Wallet, WebMoney and other payment options), as well as through PayPal and Stripe payment systems.

How long is the free testing period?

By default, after installation, the grabber is issued a free license for 7 or 14 days (if you provided a phone number during registration). During this period, the full functionality of the software is available without any restrictions.

Can I migrate licenses?

Yes, if necessary, you can transfer licenses in your personal account.

Can I switch from Kickidler Time Tracking to Kickidler Employee Monitoring or the other way around?

Switching from one version of Kickidler to another is possible. To do that, you’ll need to wait for your current licenses to expire and assign another type of licenses to the grabbers.
