Purchase a license

To purchase a license, please do the following:

  • Go to My Account.
  • Access the "Prices" section.
  • Review the table of prices, keeping in mind that the more licenses you purchase at one time, the lower the price per license.
  • Select the time interval for the licenses, enter the number of licenses required and click on "Buy license".
  • Ensure the accuracy of the details of the order and click on "Checkout".
  • After clicking on the "Check" button, an order with a unique serial number will be generated.

Clicking on the "Confirm" button will allow you to select a payment method.

If you decide to click on the "Cancel" button, you will still be able to find the generated order number in the "Orders" section.

How to activate a license?

To activate your purchased licenses, please do the following:

  • Log in to My Account
  • Go to the "Licenses" section

When a table appears containing the grabbers for which you wish to activate the license, select the check mark.

Note: to activate licenses, you can only select grabbers with the following statuses:

  1. EXPIRED (which means that the license has expired for this grabber)
  2. DEMO (this means that the grabber is in demo mode with limited functionality)
  3. TRIAL (this means that the grabber is in test mode with full functionality)
  • Click on "Renew license". In a new window you will see a table listing all the grabbers whose licenses can be activated.
  • Under this table, select the type of license you wish to activate for the grabbers in question.
  • Click on "Renew".

If you have not purchased enough licenses for all the selected grabbers, you can either buy more or reduce the number of grabbers.

Once you have activated the new licenses, the status for the grabbers in question will change to NEW and the column "validity period" will display the time period for which the licenses will be active.

Note:

You can automatically renew computer licenses. If you choose to do so, licenses will automatically be purchased for computers upon expiry of their current ones.

What are the different ways to pay for licenses?

We offer several ways to pay license fees:

  • Payment via PayPal using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Payment through one’s account.

If you choose to pay through an online payment system, following completion of the necessary steps, you will be returned to the dashboard. Once payment has been successfully effected, the licenses will be automatically added to your account, and you may proceed with their activation in the "Licenses" section.

If you choose to pay by bank (as a legal entity), please enter the appropriate payment details and an invoice will be generated for you. You will be able to immediately download it during the order process or in the "Payments" section. Once the necessary funds have been credited to your personal account, you will be able to pay for your order on the "Orders" page.

If, however, during the ordering process you select "Pay order automatically", the order will automatically be paid on deposit of funds to the account.

A package of documents relating to the licenses purchased will be generated within a few hours after the payment. You will be able to download it from the "Orders" page.

What is a license transfer and what can it be used for?

A license transfer is useful where:

  • You no longer need to monitor a certain grabber
  • A grabber for which you associated a license is malfunctioning

In these cases, you can transfer the license to a different grabber in order to not lose the days for which you already paid.

To transfer a license, please do the following:

  1. Go to the "License" section.
  2. In the table which appears, select the grabber from which you wish to transfer the license.
  3. Click on "transfer license".
  4. In the window that opens, select the grabber to whom you wish to transfer the license.
  5. Click on "Move".

After you have transferred a license away from a grabber, that grabber’s status will display EXPIRED (meaning that the license has expired). If you no longer plan to associate licenses to this grabber, we recommend that you disable it so that it does not interfere with further operations on the site.
