Does Productivity Optimization include every Workforce Management feature?

No. The packages serve different workflows. Standalone Productivity Optimization supplies coaching-oriented analytics, while Screen Details requires Work Activity Tracking, Workforce Management or the combined bundle.

Does ActivTrak count calendar meetings as productive time?

Its offline meeting feature adds eligible calendar time to Total Time when digital activity was absent. It does not add that time to Productive Time or productive-time goals. KeepActive (prev. Kickidler) instead supports offline entries with configurable manager approval.

How does KeepActive (prev. Kickidler) help detect simulated activity?

KeepActive (prev. Kickidler) flags possible simulated keyboard or mouse activity, including mouse jigglers. Managers can check alerts against time reports, app history and screen recordings. An alert calls for review; it does not prove misconduct.
