Notifications generator - Integration with messengers

It is possible to send notifications of events to messenger, sending commands to the server from the bosses via the messenger or perform 2FA.

First, the administrator needs to create for the organization own bot.

Telegram: the administrator needs to add the bot named @botfather to the chat in messenger and select "Create a new bot", then enter a unique name and username for your bot (the username must end with "bot").
Example:
Name: MyCompanyNotifier
Username: MyCompany_bot

VK Teams: the administrator needs to add the bot named @metabot to the chat in messenger and select "Create a new bot", then enter a unique nickname for your bot (the nickname must end with "bot").
Example:
Nickname: MyCompany_bot

After creating the bot, you will receive its token in the chat. Copy this token into the settings field "bot token" at this page.
Username/Nickname of newly created bot should be copied into the "bot username" field (without "@" symbol at the beginning!).

1) To receive events notifications (or 2FA BOSS) boss should manually enable the appropriate setting and obtain chat_id in the personal cabinet of the web-interface of the complex.

2) To receive 2FA OTP codes for employees, administrator needs to complete additional settings here.

3) To send commands to the server (at this moment supported in Telegram only!) it is needed to allow messenger commands for the boss here, after that boss should manually obtain chat_id in the personal cabinet of the web-interface of the complex.
If you like, you can change the commands on this page in the appropriate fields.
Attention! The blocking and shutdown commands apply to all machines that are currently connected to the server! The bot does not issue additional warnings before execution!

Attention! The data is transferred to the messenger server via secure https-protocol through the server of the complex, so Internet access is needed at the server machine (where the server of the complex is installed)!

Attention! After changing these settings, the rights settings for the users of the database, settings in the personal cabinet, the server needs about 1 minute to apply the settings!

Attention! If access to the Internet from the server is possible only through a proxy, then it must be set in the initial server settings (available through the START menu).
